I will retrack my review, the manager called me and we discussed the situation. She is compensating me. I appreciate that very much! will first say the flowers are absolutely beautiful! I have always had superb customer service. I know mistakes happen, but I got an email stating if they didn't meet my expectations to call. I called and got nowhere, my order was delivered to my workplace and not to the recipient I ordered them to go to. I spent $217.00 for this order; it was a special order as they all are. The gentlemen I spoke to at the Westbrook store was kind, understanding but that was it. I guess I expected to have a new order delivered, or a coupon for my next order or a gift certificate, something? Nothing, just an apology. I've been ordering from Harmons for 13 years, many personal and work-related orders. I am disappointed and will most likely shop around the next time.

Absolutely beautiful!
