22 February 2026I called multiple florists before I called Harmon's, that was the first mistake! I went through the online order process, only to get to the delivery information they requested, before telling me the flowers weren't available in that area. I was actually one click away from ordering (from Ava's Flowers) before I they started asking for the widows home address and phone #, in case they couldn't get the flowers to the Funeral home for the service! I said no, that was unacceptable, the grieving family didn't need that. I balked and they started offering discounts, 10, 15, 30, 50% and a $40 coupon, if they couldn't get them there in time. I cancelled the order!! And called Harmons/Westbrook, Maine! Like I should have in the beginning. I live in Florida now, but I l brought my 3 kids up in Westbrook, and for those 15+ years, we always went to Harmons, always had great customer service, always great arrangements, and they would actually suggest getting just the flowers and use a vase of our own, to save us money!!! I'll never hesitate again whenever I need flowers in Cumberland County, Harmon's is the ONLY option!!!
