In general, I've always used Harmons. They are the gold standard in the Portland area; always the freshest flowers and the best cuts. In this instance, I ordered online during non-work hours. Last minute, I called and left a voicemail with a major change to the arrangements card. By 10:25am the next morning (as scheduled), it was delivered with the card corrected exactly, without bothing me with an early morning clarification call. Recommend. 5 stars.
