I order online. The website was easy to use and I received an order confirmation right away. The sympathy arrangement was delivered as requested and it was beautiful when it arrived. A gift card was included and they allowed you to customize it but also offered suggestion which was very helpful. When considering the price for funeral flowers remember they are displayed at the wake, and the church and later at the cemetery so it's worth it when you are conveying your condolences to the families.
